1. Introduction
By participating in any contest hosted on Win26.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all entries, whether free or paid, and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in Quebec and Canada.
2. Nature of the Contest
Win26.ca operates skill-based prize competitions and not games of chance. These contests are governed by the legal framework applicable to promotional contests under Quebec law and do not constitute a Contest within the meaning of Canadian or provincial regulations.
Each participant must answer a skill-testing question related to watches before becoming eligible for the final draw. This requirement ensures that the outcome is influenced by an element of skill or judgment, as defined under Canadian law.
To enter the contest, participants may choose one of the following two legally equivalent methods:
Free Entry by Mail: Participants may enter the contest without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten letter including their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and their answer to the skill-testing question. Each free entry must be sent in a separate envelope. All correct and valid entries received before the deadline will be entered into the draw. The participant is responsible for the cost of postage.
Paid Entry with Accelerated Processing: For convenience, participants may also opt to enter the contest by purchasing a ticket on Win26.ca, which includes an administrative fee corresponding to the desired number of entries. This method includes automatic submission, verification, and real-time confirmation. While this option is more efficient, it does not affect the participant’s odds of winning compared to the free method.
All entries — whether obtained through the free method or through a paid administrative process — are entered into the same draw and have an equal chance of winning. This dual-entry system is fully compliant with the provisions set forth by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) and ensures the integrity, transparency, and legality of the promotional contest.
3. Free Entry Instructions (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter the contest without making a purchase, participants must follow the instructions below carefully. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be disqualified.
What to send:
Mail a handwritten letter (typed entries will not be accepted) on a blank 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper. Your letter must include:
Full legal name
Complete mailing address
Email address
Phone number
Date of birth (must be 18 years or older)
The correct answer to the following skill-based question:
“If a watch is sold for $10,000 and gains 15% in value, how much is it worth now?”
Envelope & Mailing Instructions:
Only one entry per envelope is allowed.
Use a standard letter-size envelope (4.1 x 9.5 inches).
Affix appropriate postage (standard lettermail or tracked mail is acceptable).

Important:
Free entries must be received at least 7 business days before the official draw date.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail.
No confirmation will be provided for free entries.
All valid free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
4. Entry Rules
Each entry must be complete and accurate.
Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
The number of entries allowed per person may be limited for fairness.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible under their local laws.
5. Draw Process
The draw is conducted using a certified third-party Random Number Generator (Randomdraws).
The draw is streamed live via Instagram, allowing public verification in real time.
The winner is selected randomly from all valid entries.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced live during the draw.
Winners will also be contacted directly using the contact details provided during entry.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, or fails to provide requested information, a new draw may be conducted.
7. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the draw.
Delivery is available worldwide via secure courier.
In cases where specific delivery requirements exceed standard costs, the winner may be responsible for additional fees.
8. Changes to Draw Dates
If insufficient entries have been received by the scheduled draw date, Win26.ca reserves the right to extend the draw period by a few days to allow additional entries. Any changes will be communicated on our website and social media.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Win26.ca and its affiliates are not responsible for:
Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Technical issues affecting access or participation
Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from entry or prize use
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Win26.ca and its partners from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the contest.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected is used solely for contest administration and will not be shared or sold. By entering, you consent to the use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.
